Aerielle Ruiz is an enthusiastic and driven professional with more than 5 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Aerielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel Management from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines and has completed her Diploma in Hospitality – Hotel Operations Management from Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Graduating as a Thomasian, she has embodied the core values of Competence, Commitment, and Compassion which has carried her throughout her professional journey. Starting her career as a passenger service agent for Cathay Pacific Airways she was able to develop valuable skills such as critical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and adaptability in such a highly dynamic environment. As she transitioned to the hotel and food and beverage industries where she eventually held management roles, she was able to hone her professionalism, organizational and time management skills.
In her current position as a Case Processor at Prime Immigration, Aerielle assists clients with immigration and visa applications by preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with government requirements, and maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process for each case.
