Bringing more than 10 years of professional experience across Singapore, the Philippines, and Canada, Lora has built a diverse background in client relations, administrative support, records management, transaction processing, and compliance-focused work. Her experience has strengthened the organization, accuracy, communication skills, and attention to detail that she now applies to her role as a Case Processor at Prime Immigration.

Lora supports the day-to-day progression of immigration files through client communication, document collection and organization, information review, file maintenance, case tracking, follow-ups, and administrative coordination. She works closely with clients and the immigration team to ensure that required information and supporting documents are properly organized, complete, and prepared for professional review and submission.

Her working knowledge covers a broad range of temporary residence and immigration-related applications, including LMIA procedures and employer compliance, LMIA-based work permits, Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWP), Spousal Open Work Permits (SOWP), other work permit categories, work permits supported by provincial nomination, endorsement or recommendation, visitor visas and eTAs, visitor records, study permits for post-secondary students and minors, restoration applications, and matters related to spousal sponsorship.

Before entering immigration case processing, Lora developed extensive experience in account administration, remittance services, transaction and cash processing, retail operations, and customer service. Working in these environments strengthened her ability to manage large volumes of information, verify documentation, identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and complete responsibilities within required timelines.

Client service has remained an important part of her professional experience. Lora is accustomed to communicating directly with clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, gathering required information, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams. Her ability to communicate clearly and professionally helps maintain an organized and responsive experience for clients throughout the processing of their applications.

Lora holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Far Eastern University and completed Business – International Business studies at Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto. She is fluent in English and Tagalog, enabling her to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
