She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the National College of Business and Arts in the Philippines and has completed Postgraduate Certificates in Project Management and Human Resource Management from Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario.
Before joining Prime Immigration, Chanah gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, including roles at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines and the Scarborough Health Network Foundation. These positions allowed her to strengthen her administrative, organizational, and client service skills while supporting efficient operations in fast-paced environments.
In her current position as a Case Processor at Prime Immigration, Chanah assists clients with immigration and visa applications by preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with government requirements, and maintaining open communication throughout each case. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellent client service ensure that each application is handled accurately and efficiently.
