After migrating to Canada in March 2022, Franstene began her career at Honeybee Foods Corporation. In this role, she demonstrated a strong work ethic and leadership ability, leading to her promotion as a Crew Trainer. This experience taught her the value of teamwork, customer service, and adaptability—skills that have proven invaluable in her current career.
